BOREG BL LAHM


INGREDIENTS

* 1 kg minced beef

* 2 large onions, chopped

* 2 tsp salt

* 1 tsp pepper

* 4 tbsp 7-spice seasoning

* 2 tbsp oil

* 50 g parsley, chopped

* 1 pack spring roll pastry


HOW TO MAKE:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.

2. Add minced beef and cook until browned.

3. Season with salt, pepper, and 7-spice. Stir in chopped parsley and remove from heat.

4. Take a sheet of spring roll pastry, place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center, then fold and seal the edges with water.

5. Deep fry until golden brown.

Serve with sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!

Tip: You can freeze them after rolling and cook from frozen!
