Oven kabab

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 kg minced meat (beef, lamb, or a mix)

• 100g chopped parsley

• 2 medium onions, finely chopped (squeeze out excess moisture)

• 2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp pepper

• 2 tsp sumac

• 2 tbsp flour

• Oil for greasing and brushing

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped parsley, finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, sumac, and flour until well combined.

2. Prepare the skewers: Wrap four satay sticks with aluminum foil to create makeshift skewers.

3. Oil the tray: Lightly oil a baking tray or grill pan to prevent sticking.

4. Shape the kebabs: Wet your hands with water, then take about 90g of the meat mixture and mold it around each skewer, forming a kebab shape.

5. Cook the kebabs: Brush the kebabs with oil and place them on the prepared tray. Grill in the oven at the highest temperature or using the grill setting, turning the kebabs once or twice, until they are golden brown and cooked through (about 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness).
