PISTACHIO TIRAMISU

Pistachio Tiramisu


Ingredients

• 18 ladyfinger biscuits

• 250 ml strong coffee, cooled

• 2 tbsp coffee or chocolate liqueur (optional)

• 250 g mascarpone cheese

• 15 g vanilla sugar

• 4 tbsp pistachio cream (paste)

• 250 ml heavy cream

• 100 g chopped pistachios

• Pistachio powder (or finely ground pistachios), for garnish



Instructions:


Brew 250 ml of strong coffee and let it cool completely.

In a bowl, mix mascarpone, vanilla sugar and pistachio cream until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. Stir in the chopped pistachios.

Dip half of the ladyfingers quickly into the cooled coffee and arrange them in a single layer in your serving dish.

Spread half of the pistachio cream mixture over the biscuits.

Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture

Dust the top generously with pistachio powder. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight for best results).
