Tabbouleh Salad
Ingredients:
• 200g flat-leaf parsley
• 10g fresh mint
• 4 tbsp fine bulgur
• 2 spring onions, chopped
• 2 large tomatoes, diced
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp sumac
Instructions:
1. Soak the Bulgur: Soak the bulgur in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well.
2. Prepare the Herbs: Wash and dry the parsley and mint. Finely chop them, along with the spring onions.
3. Combine: In a large bowl, mix the chopped herbs, spring onions, and diced tomatoes.
4. Season: Add the soaked bulgur, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and sumac. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
